7 7/8” Plate by Blakeslee Barnes
$350.00
Blakeslee Barnes was probably a merchant selling pewter made for him by other early Philadelphia pewterers. His working dates are 1812-1817. Based on the center marking on this plate I believe that it was made by Parks Boyd working from 1795-1819. The condition of the plate and mark is good.
