This flowered handle porringer bowl is 3 ¼” d. It is attributed to David Melville because of the pagoda style over the hanging aperture. Melville worked in Newport, RI from 1755-1793. The metal is in good condition with some surface. It has a sticker on the back of the bowl from Bourne Auction in 1981.
