This English flagon is 10” high to the top of the open lyre back thumb piece. It may have been used in taverns. It dates from the 19th Century. It is heavy metal. There is an illegible mark on the inside bottom. It has a nice patina. The condition is good. For those who like to decorate with pewter and use their pewter, this is perfect for them. It can hold any liquid as wine, ice tea, water, etc.
