Marked Pewter Pot

This tall pot is 10 ½” high. It is marked by Sellew & Co. from Cincinnati, OH. It dates 1830-1860. We don’t know any other pewterer who made this exact form. I used to think that this was one of the best Sellew forms until a guy told me it looked like his profile and he was right! The condition of the metal is fine.
