Sugar Bowl by Parks Boyd


This is a fine condition 18th Century Philadelphia sugar bowl by Parks Boyd. His sugar bowl has never been found marked. The attribution is based on comparison of the lid to a signed Parks Boyd lidded pitcher in the Brooklyn Museum. Height is 5” x 3” d.b. x 4½” d.t. There is beading on the body and the lid. Referenced as #603 in An American Pewter Collection.
